Group families into a household that shares one membership and one payment while
everyone keeps their own member number. Your own number format (prefix, padding,
sequence) is preserved on import, and a CSV import brings your existing list across in
minutes. Staff can do anything for a member from the desk: register them, take a
payment, update a membership.

Rolling terms with a sensible default (usually a year), overridable per member, and
fixed-date season renewals when you need them. Take money however your members pay —
cash and card at the desk, online, or e-transfer: the instructions are emailed
automatically and your treasurer marks each one received. Every payment carries its
status and who recorded it, so the books are never a mystery.

schedule — and now your own messages, not just the built-in ones. Write them in a
visual editor with your organisation’s logo and name, and send one-off broadcasts
to any audience. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe, and bounces and
complaints are handled quietly in the background.

One-off and recurring events with capacity, waitlists, and automatic promotion when a
spot opens. Members see a calendar of what’s on and register themselves, or staff
register them at the desk. Enrol once for a whole term — a weekly class, say — and
every future date is projected forward so rosters, attendance, and the kiosk all just
work.

A full-screen iPad app at your door. Members find themselves by number, name, or QR
and tap in; the kiosk works offline and syncs when it’s back on. It quietly flags
anyone with an unpaid membership or outstanding event money so your front desk always
knows — and it records attendance straight onto the member’s history.

Members sign in with a magic link — no passwords to forget — and see their own
membership, renew, update their details, and manage their events. Designed to be
calm and readable, because a lot of the people using it are not looking for another
fiddly app.
